"From April Miller's Kitchen to Yours"

 

Peanut Butter Balls

 

2 cups plain peanut butter

1 stick butter

1 pound powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 cups Rice Krispies

16 oz. milk chocolate chips

 

              Melt butter. Mix butter and peanut butter, then add the powdered sugar. Add vanilla and Rice

              Krispies. Mix it well, use your hands to mix it up really well. Shape into one inch balls. Chill in the

              fridge for at least two hours. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Dip balls into melted chocolate.

              Drop the balls in and then pull them out with a fork. Place them on a wax paper and chill in the

              fridge.
