2 envelopes Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
4 lbs ground beef
2 cups crumbled saltine crackers
4 eggs
3 cans tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Lightly spray no stick cooking spray on bottom of 13 x 9 glass pyrex pan, shape into loaf. Cover with foil.
Bake 2 hours and 15 minutes. Take off foil, lightly drizzle ketchup over top and bake 15 more minutes.
